After a 6 year designer’s hiatus, skipping around the globe, and courting reclusivity in Indy, I have brushed off the sewing machines, hauled out the sketchbook and prototypes, and cranked out a wonderful collection of fall hats! No, I am not returning full-time to the Seattle-based ateliere, but have conceded to a limited collection of items, specifically, accessories – hats, bags, and gloves – for the holiday season.
The primary purpose of this collection is as a fundraising effort for my costs as a Face of the Globe pageant finalist in London and Paris, in April 2016.
The idea here is that this collection is an alternative to a gofundme campaign. Instead of simply donating money, you, the buyer will not only be purchasing a quality item, but will also be:
(1) treating yourself or a loved one to a warm, beautiful, custom-made, and quality accessory
(2) taking care of the holiday gift list
(3) supporting me in this venture of being a first-time pageant contestant!
